Classic “Jedi” color spinel from Man Sin in the Mogok Valley, Burma/Myanmar. A strongly fluorescent pink-red with a light touch of orange, for a neon-like radiance. Precision princess cut. Set of 7 pieces, 2.3 mm each, 0.70 ctw. If not added to a collection of loose gemstones, these fine spinels would make a stunning channel-set band ring, alternating with diamonds, or on their own.
