All orders – within the US and international – come with a 7 day return policy for unaltered, undamaged items. If you do not love your purchase, you have 7 days from the actual delivery date (not: date of purchase) to inform us about your desire to return and to receive a refund.
You will then need to ship the item back to us within 14 days from the delivery date. This does not mean that we must receive the item within these 14 days, but you will have to dispatch the package and supply us with the tracking number within this time frame.
While safe delivery of the return item back to us is generally the buyer’s (your) expense and responsibility, we are able to supply a prepaid and insured return shipping label, as a courtesy, in many cases. Please inquire.
Be it with our return label or your own shipping method, you must notify us before sending a return package so that we can supply you with the correct return address and detailed return instructions. Any return, both domestic (USA) and international, must be sent with valid tracking and signature-confirmation.
IMPORTANT – REFUND POLICY CHANGE: If your purchase was paid for by bank wire transfer, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount you paid. However, if you paid by credit card, Paypal, or any other non-wire-transfer mode of payment, your return will be subject to a 5% restocking fee (5% of the effective purchase price, as paid by you) to cover the payment processing fees incurred by us.
The only general exception to our return policy is jewelry custom-made for you (all orders of jewelry made to your specifications, including but not limited to the choice of metal, stones, and size, and/or items with the order marked by us as “custom” and/or “bespoke”, and confirmed as such by you). Custom and bespoke jewelry is not returnable.
